Chattanooga is home, and we regularly cater in Knoxville, Nashville, Atlanta and anywhere within an approximate 3hr driving distance.
How does your service style work?
We specialize in food prepared onsite especially in front of guests. Choose chef-driven stations like sushi or live-fire grilling, or customize your service with freshly grilled steaks with an accompanying buffet with salads and sides. We offer carving stations, plated dinners, family style, premium buffets and tableside carving service.
What does full service include?
Setup, service, and cleanup with an event manager, chefs, servers, gauchos, bartenders, and support staff as needed. We build out team to match the needs of your event.
Can you customize the menu?
International flavors are our specialty, including Brazilian steak, sushi, , Italian, modern Latin and all varieties of Asian cuisine. We’re also happy to craft classic American varieties as sides or a complete steakhouse experience.
Do you handle dietary needs and allergies?
Absolutely, tell us your requirements and we will plan safe, delicious alternatives.
Do you offer tastings?
Private tastings are available by appointment to help you finalize dishes and service style.
What about bar service?
We offer full bar, beer, wine and zero-proof options, including signature cocktails and licensed bartenders. Our restaurant group has an international award-winning mixologist to customize your bar experience. We have ABC certified staff and Liquor/Wine permits for specialty and cash bars (large events only).
Do you provide rentals like plates and linens?
Yes, we can supply in-house items or coordinate rentals and manage delivery and pickup.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as possible, popular dates fill quickly, but we are happy to check near-term availability.
How is pricing handled, and are there minimums?
Pricing is based on guest count, menu, service style, staffing, bar, rentals, and travel. Minimums vary by date and location, and we provide a clear estimate after you share your details. Our pricing starts at $25 per person, with a $3,000 minimum for full service catering.
